  • What is meant by automatic, chronograph, and quartz?

    Automatic, or self-winding, means the watch has a self-winding mechanism which allows it to run on its own without batteries. The advantage is; batteries are not required. The disadvantage is; they should be serviced every few years to make sure they run smoothly. Chronograph are the little dials (or \'clocks\') which appear within the watches themselves. They are normally used as stopwatch timers, or tell you the date. Quartz means the watch runs on a battery. One disadvantage is, they normally have fewer markings and details than self-winding watches, and you have to change the battery every so often. .

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    On average processing takes 1-4 business days and delivery takes up to 10 business days. In total that is up to 14 business days from the time we receive payment until it arrives at your shipping destination.

    Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 7 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 14 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.

    Please note, we are unable to send express shipping or 'speed' up your order in anyway. If you need your watch before the 14 business days, then we recommend you not to place your order.

  • When do I get my tracking number?

    As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you.

  • How much do you charge for shipping?

    Shipping is always FREE to any country we ship to with no exceptions.

  • How are watches packaged?

    Packages are shipped directly from one of our independent distributors, and are all packaged in its original box. Be aware that watches boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping agents.

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Paypal (We only ship to confirmed paypal addresses) & Western Union

  • When do I receive my refund?

    We process all refunds within 24 hours. If you paid using paypal, all refunds are immediate and you should see it in your account.

    If you paid using Credit Card we will return the money on your credit card.

    If you paid by Western Union we will either mail you a check or we can process your refund to your Paypal account.

  • There is a problem with the watch I have received, what should I do?

    1. Should you receive the incorrect watch, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.

    2. Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

    ***Unacceptable reasons for a return: colors of the watch are darker/lighter than pictured, watch had minor color differences from the picture, I would rather have a different watch.***

    3. Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it.

    Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, only refunds. If you would like to return your watch and receive a refund please login to your account and fill out a Return Request (RMA). Once we receive your return request we will provide you with further instructions. If you do not include your RMA number we may not be able to accept the parcel or issue a refund. More over, we only accept returns from United States Postal Service (USPS). If you use another courier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL etc) we may not be able to accept your return and it will be sent back to you.

  • I made a mistake with my order and it's status says Shipped, what should I do?

    At this point the watch have already left the warehouse and we can not make changes to the order. Please wait until you receive your watch, then login to your account and fill out a Return Request. You can find the Return Request form by logging into your account, beside your order there is a "Return" button. Fill out the form on the following page.

  • Why are your prices so low?

    We strive to keep our customers happy and with cash! So we try to make sure our prices are the lowest in the market.

  • Do you do wholesale?

    Purchases of 30 watches or more qualify under our wholesale program and pricing. This price list can be requested by forwarding an email to services@pickyourwatch.com. For wholesale purchases, we would only be able to accept payments through Paypal,Visa, Mastercard,American Express,Western Union.
